Park View's 200 Board!

Submitted by samantha.jasperson on

Our 200 board is starting to fill up with names of our awesome students who have been caught being kind! When someone on Park View'ss staff sees a Park View Bee doing something kind, that student receives a kind note! That amazing student will get called to the office and pick a secret number for the 200 board and get a Star Student Sticker! When the first row of 25 names fills up, that row of students earn a reward activity! Keep up the good work Park View Bees, your kindness makes a difference!

Tooty-Ta in First Grade!

Submitted by samantha.jasperson on

Our new first grade teacher Mrs. Nielsen loves to sing, in fact it is one of her favorite things to do! She decided to have some fun with her cute first grade class by singing Tooty-Ta. If you have a first grader from her class, make sure to ask them about his cute little song and dance. They might even be brave and give you a show!

Science Rules in 4th Grade

Submitted by samantha.jasperson on

Our Park View 4th graders are so excited to be back to school experiencing science together!  As part of our energy unit we got to explore potential and kinetic energy by building roller coasters.  It was so much fun to use our creativity and teamwork skills to answer some interesting scientific questions.  #sciencerules

A Well Deserved THANK YOU

Submitted by samantha.jasperson on

We just wanted to give a shout out to our support staff. Lacie, Laura, Jessica, and Theresa have doubled their efforts this year. Free lunch has generated more work for these lovely ladies but they handle it with a smile! These are some great ladies who work really hard making our school a great place. They love the kids and bend over backwards to help provide good food for them and to keep our kitchen and school running. We want to tell them we truly appreciate them and all of the hard work they do. THANK YOU, Park View loves you!

Park View Bees Are Brave

Submitted by samantha.jasperson on

As we finish out this school week, the faculty here at Park View can't help but notice how BRAVE all these kids are. We have to admit it has been the strangest start of a school year that any of us have ever experienced, but the courage of our students and teachers are carrying us through. Way to make it through a full week of school! We Got This!

First Day of School

Submitted by samantha.jasperson on

Today was not a typical first day of school. Yes, 2020 sure has changed a lot of things in our world. But one thing it hasn’t changed is the love these teachers have for your kids and teaching. We are so delighted to be back in school with all of our wonderful Park View Bees! We sure hope you had a great first day of school and we can’t wait to see you all again tomorrow.
