This last week students were given an awesome opportunity to engage in fun STEM activities, all thanks to the STEM Action Center! (@stemutah) The Utah STEM Action Center is able to bring these great programs to our schools because of the support of our legislators. Students were first taught about a science concept within their grade level. Then they were able to try it out for themselves using hands-on activities. One of the activities (shown in the pictures) was to build the tallest, strongest, free-standing structure. These kids had a blast! Thank you STEM Action Center.
