First Annual Fun Run Introduced

The PTA announced The First Annual Fun Run as the fund raiser opportunity of the year.  Each student will ask for donations from family, friends, and neighbors for each lap successful run.  Each student was given a pledge sheet to complete and return to their teacher.  The Fun Run will be held Sept. 30th for AM Kindergarten, 3rd, 4th and 5th graders, and Oct. 2nd for PM Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd and 6th graders.  Prizes will be awarded for each lap run.  After this event, students will visit with their sponsors to collect donations.  Donations will be due between Oct. 6th - 10th.   For those with the most donations, a special lunch with Mrs. Stirland will be catered.  Let's get excited about this opportunity to help the school and exercise for a healthy lifestyle.  There is more information from your child's teacher.  Thanks for your support.
