The second grade students went on a field trip to the farm to learn how important farming is to our community.  They experienced the farm with their five senses; seeing the sights, smelling the smells, and petting the animals

The fourth grade went on a field trip to camp Floyd, it was were Johnson’s army met.  The students made candles and adobe bricks.  They learned about the pony express.   School was very different in the olden days. The boys had to sit on one side of the classroom and the girls on the other side.  On the way back to school, the students drove the teachers crazy on the bus because they were singing songs at the top of their lungs.   Sounds like a blast!
