Park View Artists

Park View students and teachers know the value of art! Teachers recognize that art nurtures inventiveness while it aids in the development of self-esteem, self-discipline, cooperation, and self-motivation. Students know art is fun! Art helps students understand other subjects much more clearly – from math and science, to language arts and geography.  Participating in art also helps students gain the tools necessary to respect others’ way of working and thinking, developing creative problem solving skills, and communicating thoughts and ideas in a variety of ways. “I love looking at the art in the halls!” one student exclaimed. “It’s like a mini-museum!”
