We are excited to offer early mail-in registration this year for returning students and already registered kindergarteners. We are doing this in hopes of making it easier and more convenient for you this summer. The links to the forms to print off, complete and return by mail can be found below. This process includes getting on SIS to verify your student’s information – instructions to complete this process can be found HERE.
Once we receive the completed forms and notification that your SIS account is verified, we will email you notification that your child is registered along with your student’s teacher assignment. We will use the email address you send on the registration/fee form. Teacher assignments will not be given over the phone.
Mail in registration will be due by Fri, July 29. If you choose not to register by mail, please join us on registration day, Aug 2 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. If you are unable to complete the mail-in registration or attend registration day, please notify the school to ensure your child’s placement.

- Park View Registration/Fee Form – One per family. Which includes: Activity Donation Fee, T-shirt Order, Registration Check – Off List
- Student Volunteer Information Form – One per family

We encourage you to join the PTA and/or to be a Parent Volunteer in an effort to support our school. You can sign-up for PTA and/or Parent Volunteering on registration day on Aug 2nd, at “Meet the Teacher” on Aug 22nd from 3-4 pm, or you can ask at the office after school begins.
The regular school breakfast price is $1.50, reduced is $0.30; the regular school lunch price is $2.00, reduced is $0.40. You can prepay for meals and/or apply for free-or-reduced meals online HERE. You are also welcome to come in yourself or send your child with lunch money when school has begun.
