The third round of after school clubs is about to start! Read on for more details about the clubs...
Clubs are for 4th-6th grade students and start on January 14. Sign up as soon as possible to reserve your child a spot.
Robotics Club, Group 1 on Tuesday: Throughout this unit, students will be exposed to robots and the Engineering Design Process. The goal of the kit is to encourage students to explore robotics and coding through play. Students will work to solve a problem by identifying the problem, asking questions, and imagining how they can help solve the problem.
Drama Club on Wednesday: This club will be focusing on theatrical skills such as voice projecting, memorizing lines, improvisation etc. They will then apply these skills into a play and perform in the spring.
Board Game Club on Wednesday: This club focuses on having an enjoyable, entertaining time without having an electronic device in your hands. Students will enjoy some friendly competition while learning to play some of the old favorite board games. The atmosphere is relaxed and stress free.
Art Club on Thursday: Art Club is a fun after school group for 4 - 6th graders that engages in creative projects such as painting, drawing, clay and many other types of materials.
