Children from the ages of 0 to 18 can be given a breakfast and/or lunch at Park View by simply showing up Monday through Friday between 9:00 and 11:30 am at the northeast end of the parking lot. Children from any school may pick up meals at Park View, but the children must be present. There is a limit of one breakfast and/or lunch per child, per day. We appreciate Nebo School District’s Child Nutrition Department taking care of the needs of children during these very difficult time. So come grab and go!
The Park View Faculty and Staff have pulled off an amazing feat. Teachers were able to transform "In Class Learning" to "At Home Learning" in just two short days - nothing short of miraculous. Our friendly office staff is assisting parents in this change, our custodial staff is madly disinfecting our entire school, our kitchen staff is providing "Grab-and-Go" lunches for those in needs, as well as our technicians providing help wherever they are needed. We appreciate the patience and positivity of our parents. Help us by giving all of these outstanding people a HUGE THANK YOU!
In this ever-changing environment, Nebo School District is working hard to meet the needs of the children in our communities. Nebo School District’s Child Nutrition Department has received a fee waiver from the State Board of Education through the USDA. Therefore:
Park View will be serving hot lunches to students this week, March 16-20. We are hoping to have "grab and go" sack lunches ready for the following week. Until then students who are wanting breakfast will need to come to the school lunchroom between 8:00-9:00. After students are served they will need to leave the school. Students can then return to the school lunchroom for lunch anytime between 11:00-12:00. Again, once students have their food they will need to leave the school.

This letter, dated March 15, is a follow up to the Nebo District letter dated March 13, and other letters that have been sent from your child’s school. It is intended to provide clarification regarding some general questions that have been circulating. Please help us to ensure that all parents, guardians, grandparents, or caregivers who provide student support are aware of this information.
NEBO SCHOOL DISTRICT TO DISMISS SCHOOLS -- Repeat
SALT LAKE CITY (March 14, 2020) - At a news conference yesterday afternoon, Gov. Gary R. Herbert mentioned that during public school’s two-week dismissal, parents who are unable to be home with children will have the option to bring them to school to be supervised by teachers. This is not the case.

NEBO SCHOOL DISTRICT TO DISMISS SCHOOLS
As directed by the State of Utah, all public schools in Utah will dismiss beginning Monday, March 16, 2020, for two weeks in response to COVID-19. This is a proactive measure.
This year’s theme for reading work is “Books Build Brains” and at Park View everyone’s brain is under construction! We kicked off reading week with a really fun assembly put on by some of our finest faculty members. Mr. Atkin had lost his brain, thankfully our trusty construction workers were able to build Mr. Atkin’s brain with books.
Today was our first day traveling around the school listening to different teachers read books about building our brains. We sure do love reading week!
