On May 23, 2013 Park View Elementary held their annual Awards Ceremony to recognize students and volunteers who have performed with excellence.  

Grandma Peck and Miss Liz have given many years of service to Park View students in Kindergarten and Preschool. They were honored for their dedicated service.  

Earlier in the year, the 3rd graders participated in a spelling bee.  These are the 3rd grade Spelling Bee winners: 1st Place - Hannah Hinton; 2nd Place - Hailey Peay; 3rd Place - Landon Serynek

All year the students at Park View have been building their character.  They have learned to be responsible, respectful, ready to learn, kind, friendly, happy, and positive.  They have learned to know who they are, and like who they are.   On May 7th, students were celebrated who have improved their character.
Kindergarten:  Kaden Mitchell, Adam Carroll, Brenen Allred, Skylar Jensen, Kyah Bahr, Kaleb Jasper, Camille Hutchings, Tayren Downey, Luke Tolman, and Lyra Nelson.

The Room Mothers pulled out all the stops to put a smile on the teacher's faces with their imaginative door decorations.  Be sure to take a look at all these marvelous creations.  Thank you, Room Mothers, for making us feel loved.

 Park View will hold its final Scholastic Book Fair from May 5th to May 10th.   There are lots of cool and awesome stuff you can purchase.  If you buy something, you get something else free!  There are pens, picture books, chapter books, information books, and posters. Mrs.
