Prepare for the End of Year Test

 Dear Parents,

Proef, Tect, Tester, ho’ike. All of these words mean the same thing, TEST!  It’s testing time! Here are some tips that can help your child do better on end of the year testing:

Go to bed early, have a good breakfast, study, be motivated to do your best, don’t be late, use the strategy called "two minute spill" (write down everything you need to know before you begin).

Give your child a healthy diet, and make sure that your child attends school regularly.  We hope these tips help your child on the testing.

Third grade classes were able to come together for their very own Park View Spelling Bee. First, classes participated in a preliminary spelling bee in order to find the top three spellers in each class. On March 30, 2016 nine students showed their spelling skills in front of their parents, peers and second grade classes. It was a close competition and all the contestants worked hard to become the top speller. Ultimately, victors were; Jennica Chabot as our first place winner, Jack Willard taking our second place slot and Maddox Callister sliding in with a third place win.
