On April 25, all fourth grade students from Park View were able to go on a field trip to the John Hutchings Museum in Lehi. The students rotated through rooms that included early Utah pioneer artifacts, rocks and minerals, fossils, animals of Utah and Utah during the Wild West. Students were also able to view an exhibit featuring ancient Native American pottery and weaponry. Students were able to play the drums and feel a buffalo skin. The fourth graders were given a piece of obsidian after they exited the Hutchings Museum. Afterwards, the fourth grade had lunch in the park.
