On behalf of the Park View Elementary Student Leaders, I am pleased to announce Kinsey Makin as the recipient of our alumni scholarship. The student leaders were not given the names of the applicants, they selected Kinsey based on her leadership skills, community involvement and extracurricular activities. Scholarship money was raised from various Park View activities like selling otterpops, and the "store" in the morning.  Kinsey is a member of the National Honor Society, Varsity captain of the soccer team and has been busy sewing masks for community workers during COVID-19. We know that Kinsey has a bright future as an educator and I am so excited for her. Congratulations Kinsey!

Mrs. Walker

It was a fun afternoon for students and teachers in the 5th and 6th grades.  Parents drove their students through a pickup area to get their children’s belongings, classroom surprises and a needed warm welcome from their teachers.  Thank you parents for bringing them.  It was delightful to see the students in person.  We hope to see the rest of the students this week on their grade’s assigned day.  We love and miss our Park View Bees.
